I.T. Support Desk & Printing Station

Each College House is staffed with a team of Information Technology Advisors (ITA) who are available to assist residents with computing needs. In New College House, ITAs can be found in the Print Station on the first floor of the building. The Fall schedule will be posted in late August/early September.

Students can also get help by calling or visiting the Central Help Desk in Stouffer Commons. The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and the phone number is 215-266-3869. Additionally, there is an online Help Request  students can use to submit queries for computing support. A high speed printer is available in the New College House print station, located on the first floor. PennCash is required for all printouts.
