I.T. Support Desk & Printing Station


The computer labs and printing areas are currentl closed during the quiet period and will reopen on February 1st. Visit the online help request site listed below for assistance. Virtual Support for everyone is provided from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Additional virtual support is available for students 5pm-11pm Sunday through Thursday. Chat support is now available to students during any of our virtual hours! Beginning January 10th, students can requst to borrow laptops with the same software that is in our computer labs by submitting a request through the support portal at support.collegehouses.upenn.edu

Each College House is staffed with a team of Information Technology Advisors (ITA) who are available to assist residents with computing needs. In Lauder College House, ITAs can be found in the Print Station on the first floor of the building. 

Students can also get help by calling or visiting the Central Help Desk in Stouffer Commons. The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and the phone number is 215-266-3869. Additionally, there is an online Help Request students can use to submit queries for computing support. A high speed printer is available in the Lauder College House print station, located on the first floor. PennCash is required for all printouts.
