New College House West contains programming spaces and common rooms which can be reserved through this website - under the "Calendar" tab for NCHW residents. Non-residents can contact the House Office at email@example.com.
Programming Spaces: these rooms can be reserved by New College House West residents for up to two hours. Residents can log into this website and access the space reservation calendar to request a room. The house office staff then reviews the request for final approval. All reservations must be placed at least one business day in advance. Reservations for the Multipurpose Room should be placed at least two business days in advance. Reservation requests placed after 4 PM on Fridays will not be reviewed until the following business day.
Residents provide their own cables to use AV equipment, and dry erase markers to use the whiteboards.
Multipurpose Room-- large space for meetings, rehearsals, film screenings, socials, and other activities. AV equipment is available by special request.
Seminar Room-- space for meetings with dry erase board, conference table and chairs. AV equipment includes projector, speakers, and screen.
Classroom-- space for meetings with dry erase board and individual student desks. AV equipment includes projector, speakers, and screen.
Wellness Space (Yoga Room)-- small room with hardwood floor and floor-to-ceiling mirror for yoga, meditation, dance, or other exercise. Residents provide their own AV equipment.
Common Rooms-- these spaces can be reserved by NCHW; they are also available for NCHW residents' use when not reserved.
Music Practice Rooms – Designed to be soundproof, each practice room contains an upright piano.
Study Rooms – Smaller tables and chairs make these quiet spaces for individual or group study.
Community Kitchens/Club Rooms – Equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, glass-top stove, oven, microwave) as well as a large table or counter.
At this time, reservation and space access is for Penn undergrad students only
NCHW residents are given priority for reservations. Non-residents can reserve these spaces through the Main Office – firstname.lastname@example.org
