Kitchen Managers help to maintain our community kitchens and develop initiatives to promote safe and healthy use of those spaces.
Office Managers support the house office by staffing it during business and non-business hours. Office managers complete tasks such as filing, answering phones, posting signs, organizing supplies, supporting house staff with projects and programs, and developing promotional materials for house activities, among other responsibilities.
Program Managers support the house community by planning and implementing social activities for all residents in New College House West.
Operations Managers prepare programming spaces for use. They manage furniture set-up, ensure technology needs are met in consultation with CHAS Technology, and ensure the space is returned to standard conditions at the end of the reserved time.
The hours for each position are flexible, and students should plan to work between five and ten hours each week. Office managers will have specific times when they are expected to cover the office.
